Gold Giveaways do take up quite a bit of the GD.
But on the up side its putting money towards the site.
Yes Zero_Point_Five did host a giveaway were anyone could enter. But, as Lavish stated 'When you host a gold giveaway, you're going to get Thanks on that topic.
If you have a group giveaway, only the topic poster is going to actually earn those Thanks.'

Man, I've written so many rants on this,
I agree with you 100%.
The things that gets on my nerves, is that they're not even gifting people who deserve it, I mean, how hard is it to guess a number between 100? It's pointless. If you're going to gift someone, give it to someone two actually deserves it, and won't get banned within 24 hours.
I'm getting annoyed even writing about it aha.

I think Badge doesn't satisfy the amount of money forked over.

I see where your coming from and it makes sense but
it is the gifters money that is being spent so they
like to give it away how ever they like need it be a
riddle or whatever.
