To tell you the truth people say banks, and others say from your pockets. So what i am doing. and what i'm recommending you to do put half in the bank and half in the pocket cause no one knows.... So by this way you won't end up with no cash.

They can take it from both. When they reset peoples money & put them into the cheaters pool they took money from both

Rockstar can do what ever the hell they want, your money is not safe even if you shove it so far up your anus it get digested.

Lets just wait and see I don't think they will wipe anyone as they have not bothered since the game came out in the first place.
