Absolutely not, what an outstanding ripoff for the parts and price. Build your own and you can get a damn nice build for that budget, but that's just awful.

you dont need anywhere near 600w to power this build and why would anyone build intel anymore they are over priced any you get the around the same performance and 2 extra cores. you have also gone over budget.

Um, no sir. You are flat out wrong, and because I'm feeling so charitable I will explain. It's better to have more power than you need so your PSU isn't running full load a lot. There's no real reason to step down the PSU. You do not get the same performance with Intel that you get with AMD. Really any i5 will wipe the floor and kitchen sink with a 6300 and in some cases an 8320. Core count is irrelevant when comparing Intel and AMD, especially in terms of AMD as their sales pitch has strictly been based off of numbers. "Hey look, we have 8 cores for $120!" and you hear the whole world of idiots sprinting to the store to get their hands on those 8 cores for such a low price. There's a very good reason AMD CPUs are so cheap, and Intel CPUs are so expensive. Read through some of these answers, you can find the ones who read the big numbers and fall head over heels for them. You can also tell who actually knows what they're talking about.

Since you're comparing Intel to AMD in terms of core-count, lets see if the 3930k (6-core) sucks wind compared to AMDs 8350 (8-core, 2 more cores AND higher base clock!!!)

And the budget? Really? OP requested 600 GBP and I went ~3 over. Big whoop, it's not your money anyways so why do you care?

Lets Address this for a minute.
Number one: Intel is a bit pricey, but youre paying a premium for quality.
Number Two: No,You wont get the same performance, sorry.
Number Three: Number of cores do not matter. individual core performance is much more important.
Number Four: He went over budget 2 pounds; not a big deal.

If you wanted a second opinion here is my suggestion. You do sacrifice per core performance in favour of an SSD and better graphics but you shouldn't notice the processors reduction in power compared to the Intel.
