ok so when I turn on my jtag it boots up and makes the rings and stuff like its gonna work fine but the hdmi and av don't pick up on my tv...... before I was having trouble with my cpu getting to hot then I turned it off then I booted it back up it showed the boot screen but it had a baby blue tint to it... and no it wasn't xell! help!!!

Have you tried via Component or Standard AVI?
Does Xell boot, with HDMI or even standard definition?
If Xell boots, with both HDMI or Standard, it's a Nand problem and you need to flash a new one.
I'm probably going to say it's a GPU problem if it was suddenly working though, or it could just be a faulty HDMI port hence asking you to test both ports. If it's just an HDMI issue, you can run component in 720/1080 so it's no real problem.
