when i insert my games it still says insert disk anyone else had this problem and how can i fix it? i will rep

Talk to Microsoft they will have more of an idea.

Do you have your console laying Vertically? If so lay it down so it is horizontal.
One of my friends did this when he first got his and thought his disc drive was broken. Once he laid it down horizontally it worked fine.
If that's not the case, I would call the Microsoft support team and I'm sure they will be able to help you out.
