Blow up your cars one by one and then replace them, do not use the insurance buy all new ones....or just keep buying the bugatti over after u destroy it.,,,oh do not forgot to upgrade it/ them as much as possible before u destroy it /them.

Easy way,

Make another character if you have only one, put all money you want to lose in the bank,

go to the new character put all money in cash (USE THE ATM you can transfer 10Mill. at an actual atm in game if you do it from your phone you can only move 1mil)
play on that account for around 30mins-1hr then delete the account this does work i have done this. (:
