When i prestige do i lose progress of how many headshot i have for a camo or do the stay?

No, you keep all your camos for your guns and your challenges, you even keep the attachments you unlocked for the guns.
The only thing that gets reset is your level. You keep all camos etc.

Thanks i knew you kept everything but i diddnt know if the headshots reset
