I just got the xbox one for Christmas and I got NBA 2K14, and BF4. I immediately went on 2k14 and it said the 2k sever is down. I thought that it was down for everybody. Then I went on BF4 and installed it and I went to the multiplayer and it said the EA server is down. I don't know if it is the games or my connection.

PLEASE HELP
