I have added him as a friend but everytime I go to send it just says 'sorry, this trade offer couldn't be submitted as FUT only allows trading between friends'.

Any help/advice as to how to get players to his account on the 360 from my one?

try leaving fut and back on it

have tried that with no luck, there must be a way as I can buy the players he's listed so I must be able to get these players onto his account

Go off FUT and back on it should be fine

Can anyone verify this idea?

If I recover his account on my Xbox one will I then be able to send the recovered account the players and then he can recover the account on his 360 and still have all the players?
