My case has 2 fans but my mobo only has 1 system fan header and I dont have a molex to 3 pin adapter so what do i do ?

You can hardwire the fan to a molex connector. On the fan Red is positive, Black is negative (ground), and yellow is speed control. The red wire on a molex is 5v, and the yellow is 12v. So you would cut, strip and solder the red from your fan to the yellow on a piece of wire going to a molex plug. Then connect the ground from the fan to one of the black wires coming from the molex. This is assuming it's a 12V fan, you'll have to check out the specs on the fan.
