I'm sure i'm not the only one with this question.
So, the other day, like many others, have modded their GTA Online account. I only made my character to level 70 to make it look legit. Now, when I call Lester, I don't have the option to call for a boat, car or anything! I only have the option to give someone a bounty. What it says is,
Await for Lester to call you or wait for Merryweather to call you. Does anyone know how to get them to call you so you are able to call airstrikes and have all the other options? I've tried everything, thanks! Will rep for the solution.

Do you see Trevor or Lester on your map? Go to that

You actually have to do some private missions specifically for Lester
