Hey I just got the galaxy s4 and was wondering how I can get paid apps for free thanks guys

Root could allow certain apps that then can get paid apps.. Go to XDA-Developers.com and search around.

Or you can just buy the app and not be an asshole. Supporting devs is what allows them to make good apps.

Well you should root your S4 if it already isn't just to get the most out of it.
If you want free apps you can go to the play store and search for the "4Shared" app and download it. When it's downloaded make an account and start searching for apps and games that you want.
Or you could try "APPDroid" I haven't used APPDroid myself on my S4 but people say it's better than 4Shared so you could give it a try but I think you'll need your device rooted for it too work!

To get the most out of it, you need to root it and put custom roms, but they have the S4 locked down through most carriers atm :s

4shared mate but if you want to make the most out of most of them you will have to root it and put a custom rom on it
