does anyone know how to get your myplayer thats a PG to get drafted to the miami heat? or any good team specifically?

Just do bad in the rookie showcase. Get yourself fouled out in the first minute and heave up a bunch of shots before that and hopefully you'll get drafted last (Miami heat)

so just intentionally foul? score no points or anything? and will the pre draft questions effect anything?

Yes just intentionally foul until you get fouled out. Don't know about the pre-draft questions because I've never tried this.

For the pre-draft interviews talk cocky and really disrespectful to the teams you dont want to go to, but if you want to go into a certain team talk well and loyal to the gm.
