Of course you can, why wouldn't you be able to get account banned or console banned? Modding is against the code of conduct of Xbox Live.

No you can't get console banned because your console is not modified but you can get banned from the GTA servers and put in the cheater pool that's it

its still modding... regardless of the console or not. there is a possibility of getting banned, with everything you do..

You can only be banned from GTA 5, Microsoft already said they do not want to get involved with this.

Rockstar can't console ban you nor ban your profile. They will have to talk with Microsoft about that.

Doesn't matter, Hacked console or not you can still be console banned because MS suck.
