I have looked into this quite a bit and have discovered that switching USB or Whatever hard-drives you use is the only way i have gotten the error to go away. This also solved loading your profile error too. Ill continue to look into this but as far as i know this is the only way so far, clearing cache and transfer methods have not worked. If you have no idea what im talking about then disregard this post.
This is for people who use modio and Horizon modding programs who have gotten the error trying to load your HHDs or USBs.
