Can I mod gta online for ps3 then connect to wifi cause i don't have a computer my friend does? Like can I mod gta online with the tuneable files and start USB web server and how do I make it so I can never get into a cheaters pool? And is there any way to get out of a cheaters pool? Thanks

Once you have set everything up, tubeables, webserver you must have an ethernet cable connected at first just so everything transfers and once you have done a steps you can connect through wifi and the mods will be there, but when ever you want to take the mods of you must connect through wired ethernet again
