Alright, so I tried downloading my friends account for a recovery and it says "Sorry, theres an error with your microsoft account blah blah blah" I promised him one and hes in school right now and I want to suprise him, please help!?

It did this for a guy with my acc I also want to know how to fix it its annoying

its due to secruity verifcation they need to put a second email and phone number
