I never really turn mine off but if I'm gone for awhile it will just go into hibernate mode after about 5 hours so there is really no need to turn it off any ways.

I do the same, I like to resume what I was doing the night before without having to open everything up again, I haven't turned my computer completely off in about a month or so.

I'm barely on my computer, I got an iPhone so it sorts me out, but if I do go on it I end up leaving it on till I wake up.

I'm guilty of leaving my laptop on most of the time. Leaving it on all the time is bad for it though, everything from the battery to the hard drive suffer extra ware and tear. But I don't really care much about this thing, but my desktop computer I always shut down and take great care of.

I always turn mine off because it makes to much noise at night & and I heard it will damage the computer if you leave it on all day and night
