Hey all,

Yesterday I made a thread on my computer I want to build for Christmas, You guys helped me out massively changing the computer around completely making it extremely bang for buck.

I now need a final request, I need a deep cleanse through the system to make sure everything will fit and run smooth.

System: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Please go into detail with any faults / problems. I will be buying ScanSure to cover anything I might break during construction as this is my first build. The only problem I am aware of is that people are telling me to go with a XFX 550w PSU blah blah blah. I want the 600w PSU from Corsair because I want to make sure the system definitely has enough power.

Don't get corsair CX series PCU's all i've heard of them is bad things,Seriously just get a XFX 550W PSU,your build has more than enough power and won't even use more than 450w normally,to be honest, your paying more for a worse PSU and wattage you don't need.

The 270X uses a Pitcairn chip from the old 7870 series. Could run that off a 500w easily.

XFX supplies are currently made by SeaSonic which carry a higher price tag as they are one of the top makers for power supplies. I wouldn't be surprised if it could surpass its rated output.

In any case you are well covered for power there.

The CX series looks fine to me to be honest, If anything happens I will learn from my mistakes although from the reviews online it seems to be a good PSU for the price point and hasn't had any faults.

What I am after though is "Will the system play games such as Battlefield 4, DayZ, Minecraft and World of Warcraft at any settings that will provide over 60fps and do I have anything wrong with the system itself?"

The system is fine, the build will max out BF4 at 50FPS+,its a really good build and can always be upgraded further down the line if needed.

The CX is "fine" but there is always the better option and the XFX one is exactly that. But if you want the Corsair one then I don't think it'll blow up or anything.

System looks fine, WoW should get 60FPS on some settings, might have to turn them down before raiding or massive gank sessions.
