The cheapest one is only the back plate for the phone, it's not including the front casing. It would be a huuuuge pain in the a$$ to buy the front casing for your phone and then have to seperate the screen from your old casing to use the red one so it would be muuuuch easier to just buy the dearer one and replace the front completely, with a new screen too.

I was gunna buy both front and back of the cheaper one if it makes sense as i dont need a new screen just want the colour change

Yeah, that makes sense. It's honestly easier to just buy the whole housing with the screen as well, it would be way too much hassle and effort to remove the screen from your old front casing and place on the red casing. The screen is almost attached to the front part of the phone case.
