Can't believe this hasn't been said yet, but definitely play dark souls, demon souls if you can too. You'll sink in a good 100+ hours like I did. Also play FFXII-2 even though people said the game was bad I kinda liked it because of the interactive story that it had.

If I were you, I'd give all of the Fallout's a try, also Skyrim. Skyrim is my favorite single player game.
