Sorry I know this has probably been found but for people who don't know
1. Go on your phone and head over to the internet
2. Go to travel and transport then to warstock cache and carry
3. Click on the Barracks vehicle
4. Click on the home button at the top left of the screen
5. Once home hover over the address bar then click B then A reasonably fast
6. Change the '3' in 'details3' to a '1' and enter
7. This will take you to the page where you can buy the rhino tank at any rank

Hope this helps people who don't know:')
