I need help coz i do not get why it lags i am use my web cam but that should still not make it lag how do i fix it?

first, posting your web cam specs would help,

second, what are you recording with your web cam? recording game play or just your own random stuff? because not every web cam films with 60 fps

I am not doing game play yet but i would like to.

Right now i am just doing random stuff like talking about stuff and all that.
