Xbox 12/12/2013 Update

Summary:Starting December 12, 2013, Xbox 360 users around the world will be prompted for a mandatory Xbox 360 System Update. This update is part of our continued effort to provide the best possible Xbox Live experience. Your post does not include what the update is for or what details it has included in it. it's a fairly big update.

Dashboard themes don't appear.
Avatars are missing.
The Kinect sensor doesn't work (flashing green or red sensor light).

These are three errors this update should fix, might be more. I don't know.

I keep getting an error every time I try to download the update.
