Already..
I got my N5 a few days ago, when I noticed it only got around 1-2hours of charge.
It was on standby, no recent apps, on really low brightness.
I have no idea what went wrong.
Everything is stock except me rooting it but I did not do anything after that. I didn't even install a rootapp.
I think I got a defective one so I'm going to RMA it back to google for a replacement.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there a fix for it?

No problems with mine. Are you saying the battery died after 2 hours? Because the Nexus 5's auto brightness is super agressive, turn it down a bit.
