alright so my favorite color is blue.. im getting a jtag with blue rol.. at my local radio shack they sell fans that look exactly like the ones that are in an xbox 360.. if they are 12v can i just buy them and install them..? or do i need a special fan

No, xbox 360 fans are encased in a plastic casing.

You have to buy talismoon whisper fans for that.
