You're probably better waiting until about a week before you are planning to buy your parts before asking for a build as prices change a lot, some even once a day.

Thanks that looks pretty good but would that PSU also support a CPU Cooler if I was to get one or would I need to get a 600w?

Here is another option for you. It's just a lot more balanced. And will support much higher and cooler overclocks.

I got a 4.4ghz stable overclock with only 65 at full load with a hyper evo the h80 is not that good compared with some better priced air coolers.

But if he can stretch his budget more I'd highly suggest a SSD

I wouldn't ever put such a low end cooler on a Haswell and then overclock. It's just not to be done, ever. Also, i would of included a H100 but i wasn't sure if the 230T supports 240mm radiators. And the H80 will be fine for overclocking as it holds it's own again competitors. And mine does include a 120GB V300 SSD. It's just more balanced overall.
