well i wanted to do that too. but im upstairs and teh router is accross the whole house.

i have like 50ft ethernet cord. but my parents wouldnt want it running through the house..

haha i wish. but i dont think itll reach. im pretty far. our house is wider so im accross the house and its on the other side.

Well if your in the basment and the walls are concreate that effects the signal to it happend to me i would suggest using the wire and if your parnts dont want it running through the house just plug it in when you are playing xbox and unplug it when you are not.

try using an ethernet cable direct connection is always better than wireless and also make sure that your nat type is set to open that shoud do the trick. if your nat is not open then you may not have the best connection.
