Something that can run movies really good and play games, like Runescape, Minecraft, and FPS. I don't have that much money to be spending on a computer.

I would like a computer with Windows 7, Windows 8 is a piece of shit.
My budget would be $700 to $1200.
I need a monitor, something that can compare to an iMac screen, something with high quality.
