My price range was around 700 dollars I already have a monitor keyboard and mouse

What are you using it for? If it's for gaming then you are going to get horrible results due to the GPU.

for gaming I want no lag but I don't care about how maxed out the graphics are can u give me the name of a good gpu?

1)Change CPU to FX 6300
2)Remove cooler if you don't want to OC YET.
3)Change RAM to 8Gb if its for gaming.
4)Spend the money saved on a better GPU.

Ok,don't go with your build.Get the parts Gigahertz suggested,its better in every way.
