Effective Mods, Hacking beyond the eye can see


I have been looking for weeks on a Free Livery Unlocker for Forza 4. All that i an find is the one on Horizon, which you have to be on a Diamond Account to use.

Im wondering if anybody has a Forza 4 Livery Unlocker that i dont have to pay for. I can usually find a tool that has a free version of mods that you have to pay for on others but i cant manage to find one for this. Can someone please help?
