Simply question really, is 8gb of ram enough or should I bump it up to 16gb?

What I'm mainly ganna be using the computer for: gaming, normal everyday computer stuff(aka web browsing(with 2-5 tabs open most of the time), email, MS word, watching streams(possibly 2-3 open at once) and sometimes streaming myself).

Thanks for any advice!

I don't think there is much need to really, but if you have extra money I guess its nice to the extra RAM!

You can always pick a copy up of windows 8 off ebay for around $40-50.

Also 8GB is more than enough for your needs,no need to waste your money on something you won't use to the full potential

A good cooler, Noctua NH-U9B-SE2 CPU Cooler

also you could possibly stretch to a 280x if you go with a less high end cooler,
