Well it depends on your budget,also what CPU do you have?We need both and your currency before we can do anything to help.

You don't have to go all out on a pricey or flashy motherboard for a starter rig. As long as it meets your needs and supports your RAM, CPU, and graphics card, you'll be fine. All modern mobos come with at least one PCI Express x16 slot, so graphics card compatibility is not an issue. RAM, not so much an issue either. All modern boards support DDR3 starting at 1333 MHz ranging all the way to 3000 MHz on really high end motherboards. But a starter gamer should be looking at 1600 MHz modules which is pretty much standards anyways. The CPU though is important. You gotta make sure the socket on the mobo you pick 100% supports your CPU of choice, else, the motherboard can end up being useless.

How can you have a power supply without knowing what hardware you want for it? And don't cheap out and buy a no name power supply either. If that thing goes out because it died, your components will be subject to death too.

well i have a pretty decent one already, but if thats the case ill take your word on that and go ahead and grab a better one

What is the make and model of the power supply in question?

Also, the motherboard depends on 2 main things.

Do you plan on overclocking?
What games do you play and on what graphical settings?
