How do you even get to have sleep paralysis, I would want to have it so I could see what its like but then I would most probably regret it for the rest of my life.

It's very scary. My entire family has had this multiple times. The first time this happened to me I was certain I had died.

Extremely weird and needless to say i've stopped doing that lol.


Had the same thing when i was trying to do a lucid dream, my body started to shake and heard a weird creepy voice telling me to "wake up"
