Well which power supply do you currently have?

I'd get an SSD if it was me.

replace the 650ti with a R9 280X, also get a 1TB HDD. Also get a intel i5 or if you can't afford it go for an AMD 8320 to a Gigabyte GA-78LMT USB3.

If you had AMD I would recommend the AMD A10 6800k but since its intel I would recommend the i7. Also 16GB Ram and Power supply

Why get an i7 and 16GB RAM when it isn't needed. an i5 and 8GB RAM will be more than enough

Looking good.I would add a 120GB SSD and maybe an i5 if you can stretch your budget. Also i would upgrade your GPU to the R9 280x,then sell your old GPU to get some money towards it.Choose some out of them options and what Buxtyy said.
