I wouldn't say DayZ as its very CPU demanding so you would have a hard job playing it.
As for BF4 you might want a bit more RAM,but you should be fine to play on low, maybe turn a few things up to medium.
I would suggest spending more if you want to play both games as you won't be able to play them well at all with that build.

I say with that build FPS may be an issue on low settings.

It should run DayZ just fine. The 4300 isn't exactly a bad CPU. Though if you could squeeze another tenner out of your budget go for a 6300, it's a great CPU. But yeah you shouldn't really have any problems running DayZ on this, my friend runs it on a pentium and still gets around 25FPS which is playable on DayZ.

Running BF4 should be alright as well. Just adjust the settings until it runs well. I'd say around medium-high should do it for that 7770.

my xfx 7870 tahiti struggles to play bf4 on high settings, i had to upgrade. so a 7770 will not be able to. (my cpu is 8320)

the 7770 will be able to play on low settings.

My GTS 450 was able to run the BF4 Beta fine on medium so I don't see why a 7770 can't. I wouldn't be expecting high settings from a 7770 anyway. And really a 7870 XT should've ran it fine.
