No point going with an Z87 board if you have a locked CPU.

Why get the i7 4770? if gaming, an i7 isn't needed. An i5 will do the job just as good. if editing get the i7 4770k.

This sounds like a pre built system, so if you don't mind me asking how much does it cost?

its not a prebuilt, I picked the parts it's costing me 1000 GBP

You can save a few bucks with going for a locked cpu. The i7k also lacks Vt-d on the chip as well.

A locked CPU means it's not overclockable. Getting a locked CPU with an overclocking board doesn't make much sense.
