I played both BF3 and BFBC2 and haven't received my battlepacks so how am I suppose to get it?

Dont quote me on this but i don't think they have fixed this problem for anyone, at least me and my friends have yet receive the veteran bonus yet ither. Still love they game and its only getting better as they iron out the bugs.My only hope that the next patch shall include squad invites so it wont be such a struggle to play with my crew.
