Its taking up about 11gb of space and I just want my unlocked (Originally AT&T model but now using T-Mobile)Samsung Galaxy S3 to be stock so it doesn't use all my storage and drain my battery. Its running 4.2.2 can anyone help me put it back to stock or even update it to 4.3 if possible? I dont want cyanogenmod anymore. Links would be helpful as well thank you.

You obviously did something wrong. A custom ROM, especially CM will not take up that much space. They're usually around ~40-180MB. I have the full stock image for my Nexus 5, this includes radios, bootloaders, stock ROM, the works and it's only ~300MB and it's loads more stuff. My guess is you made a full nandroid backup and didn't move it to your PC. If you did this just copy it to your desktop. That would explain all the space because you could have backed up all of your photos, movies, music, etc. Download Root Explorer and navigate to your backups subfolder in your recovery's folder. Then you can see what is taking up space.

If you need help feel free to ask.
