So I just reached level 60 non prestige today and when I looked what my next level would be it said prestige 1 level 60 but here's the thing I've never purchased a second solder and when I go to buy it says first pristine level 1. Any help ?

Yea your first player will be 1st lvl 60 but when you unlock a new person it will be 1st lvl 1 so on and so forth

Its how prestige works on ghosts, You get your first to 60, bang you are now 1st prestige.
You can play on that character at 1st Prestige Level 60 with all your unlocks or buy a new character and start at 1st Prestige Level 1, and work your way back up to 60 again, when you reach 60 on your second you will now have the 2nd prestige emblem and so forth
