2 ways i know you don't own the account:

1.)If you were singed into it, it would have clearly shown "Last online...." Which it doesn't [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2.)In the picture you provided as "Proof" The letters were not capitalized. Who ever owns this account(clearly not you) Capitalized every letter on the account.

What's so hard about sending him a message from that account? (Obviously its not yours) but if it was then it wouldn't even take more than 2 minutes.

You're a potential scammer and should be dealt with.

If someone can't give more proof that is actually legit, it is a scam.
