I got a text today from the local courier service today saying my xbox will be delivered tomorrow? will i be able to play it?

Not permanently, just up until release, if that. They'll probably just ban your account until Friday. These are all possibilities but we're so close to the release that they probably won't even care if you're on it.

EDIT: Just to be clear I was talking to OP, besides in the first sentence.

they won't ban you, when they banned those people earlier it was because they were online too early, but now we're nearly launch and they said that the people will justt be banned till closer launch time, so you won't be banned

i would wait till thursday mid-day to plug and play. that way they cant ban you and stuff.
