You are special. The only way you wouldn't have access to the Cloud is if you were console banned which only happens if you yourself mod/hack through your console, so honestly if you get console banned you deserve it. Also if your account gets banned it will put you on silver permanently where you can access your Cloud games still, so you could just access them and transfer them to your HDD. Problem solved...

You can use external HDD's in the near future as well as whatever memory the cloud provides, which I think I remember reading is unlimited or definitely a high amount.

Calm down it's going to be ok, but if bans work the same as on 360, your account wont be able to connect to any live services.
