I told my friend about it and it doesn't show up on his xbox on the first page were it shows it and he can't find it but its showing up on mine and I have it purchased....

What do you mean? Unlock for all don't think they mean the game is free! They are talking about play with the dev's of the game! I saw the thing on the dashboard about it!
