Please help i am level 46 and i dont know where to find the cargo bob

i dont have the game cause i sold it but sometimes its at the ls airport or the millitary base

If you are currently past the level of unlocking the ahnilator (bad spelling) then you can't use the cargo bob anymore but rock star is trying to fix it

If you go to the bottom of the map and find the spot that looks like, this, It sometimes spawns in or the police chopper does.

The cargobob seems to only spawn from levels 1-30 anywhere where's there is a helipad or an airstrip
