Yes that will really bring your ping down, Expect around less than 30 ping?
My internet is around 35mb/s download and abour 5-15 mb/s upload and is around 8-15 ping,
You will also browse internet faster too.

Getting a faster internet provider will definitely help out your ping and anything dealing with internet connection.

A Lower Ping Is Better, Much less milliseconds delays on things,
May not seem much but Oh Lord it is!

You are all giving wrong advice...
Think of the internet as a highway, with lanes and distances, ping is the speed at which your car travels along the highway(the max speed limit usually) and the number of lanes is the number of cars you can get along the highway at once.
In this scenario the cars are your packets of data and the lanes how much bandwidth you have, and having a larger download means your ISP has essentially opened up more lanes for you to use however they cannot increase the speed limit as its against the law(both metaphorically and physically, its complicated).
tl;dr
Your ping wont go down unless you are upgrading to fibre internet, from something inferior(which is copper wires)

Whilst I am on the topic a way you can reduce your ping is forwarding the ports of whatever service requires your ping to the device using the service so that the traffic is automatically redirected to the device without being checked to see its destination, an other thing you can do is disable all other devices using the same router as this will increase latency(ping).
