If the password is on the OS you can open the computer and identify the Jumper on the BIOS.

When the Jumper is located you will see that there is four pins, the jumper will currently be covering two of the pins, take the jumper off the current two pins and cover the other two pins.

Then close the computer and boot it up and check the OS and the password should have been removed, if it is then you can open the computer back up and put the jumper in the original position.

These few steps should wipe the password.

Quixotic wrote I'm a computer technician and the only way we can access files if they forget there password is to remove the password.

We use this program called Hiren and we remove the passwotrds that way i would explain it but it is very long.

I'm surer there are tutorials on youtube just type how to remove computer password with hiren anjd there should be some tutorials.

Hiren is a free program but you are going to need to mount the program to your usb or a CD and boot iut from there.

Good Luck

Need any help just ask me.

Or just re-install windows....

Take the hard-drive out and either put it in a different PC or get an external hard drive enclosure for 10-20GBP. A hard drive can be taken out of any computer or even laptop, and its not even difficult, especially with desktops, take the side/back off and you'll see, just slide it out.
