Will they soon release a DLC where you can go ahead and get all the guns like they did in the recent battlefields?

They might in the near future when and if they release the servers.

I would think so. Like you said previous battlefield games(BFBC2 and BF3) did this. I would think they will do this too with BF4.
I personally dont see whats the point to pay more $$$ for shortcuts. But ive noticed game developers are making more a profit doing this, like actually a ton more. Thats why more and more games are doing this(Not just Battlefield).

I'm sure they will for exactly the same reasons as you. I just hope they wait a bit, but then again the longer they wait the less people will need to buy them, IMO seems more people would buy the vehicle upgrades over weapons as they may not be to good a certain things or otherwise need a second person(good pilot) to earn the points such as transport and attack helo gunner.
