Depends bro, what's your budget! With advice from the community of TTG you could probably build a brand new one yourself which is just as good!

Its good for that price don't pay anymore because you can build a new one for a bit more.

It's tricky when deciding how much a used PC is worth, as no one knows except the seller what kind of life it has had. But it looks ok to me, and if you don't want to build one, go for it. But you could build a brand new one that's better maybe for less.

i think its worth it, but like somebody said above not anymore due to it being second hand. either way this is a pretty beast computer and will run all games easily, i have a lower spec computer than this and i can run battlefield 4 on ultra with 40-60 fps...
