I know a lot of people think it is coming from the pigs, but wait, all those people come from Woodbury, and does anyone remember that episode where Martinez says that they feed the Walkers to the people, so maybe what they have ate is spreading through their body and getting them infected. Not sure what you would think about this but I just thought of it.

Well the Woodbury people have been living at the prison for +90 days, so I don't think that their virus would have went undetected for so long.
That's why I'm sticking with the pig theory. Also, do you remember what episode Martinez mentioned that?
